I appreciated that the lobby was warm. Pleasant location, within walking distance of Naniwa Park. Reasonably priced rooms, common and cosy. Staff was willing to help, they are all SWEET people.

I had a pleasant experience here, everything was very good, the location was unbeatable so close to restaurants, Namba station and shopping center in Namba. Staff was courteous, and requests were handled quickly.

Great value, unique place. Staff were honest, the location was brilliant, the bed was extremely comfy. Good hot breakfast, excellent service.

It was a really enjoyable experience in a comfy hotel. There was good food, the staff was very very friendly. Room was calm and I loved that it had a perfectly clean bathroom. Welcoming service too: D
